Well I got the easy and medium badge. As well as the card. Still working on the hard badge tho.

Easy way to get kills? Camp the spawns and just use your melee weapon. Your gonna wanna save as much ammo as possible.

On the boss just keep moving and the machine gun won't shoot as much. Aim and fire at the gas tank.

On the zombie level, just use your lead pipe. There is no point of wasting ammo and your gonna have to kill around 50 of these zombies.

Well, I beat the game. Let me tell you right now. After beating the game you'll have around 700+ kills. So you can estimate around how long the game is going to be through that. 28 levels of uselessness. Anyways, some important tips. Elevator levels just use your lead pipe. You'll be able to collect valuable ammo for two of your weapons. The final boss, easy to kill in its first form. It's second form is where legs sprout out of its body, is where if you run out of ammo... go directly under him and continuously use lead pipe while jumping. They'll be the odd times when another enemy well appear. You can either continue or try and kill the enemy while avoiding the bosses shots. Then use that weapon on him. The boss in its 2nd form should take around 8-10 minutes.

The hardest level in my opinion is somewhere around 25-26 where there are 2-3 platforms with spawner's on each platform. You'll need to kill around 100 of these guys. Definitely, you well run out of ammo. When I run completely out of ammo for both my weapons, I switch playing styles.

I call it the switch style. In this style of play, you use mainly 1 weapon and right when it runs out of ammo, I press space bar to release the weapon. Hopefully, while doing all of this you'll pick up newer weapons. This results in unlimited ammo.

The other style is conservative style. This is where you just use the 2 main weapons of your choice, which you think are best, and continuously collect ammo for only these 2 weapons.

Of course you can use both if you want too.

Remember the main methods for collecting ammo is the elevators and spawning. You may want to play conservative when your camping the spawns or in the elevator levels. In both of those methods, you should just be using the lead pipe. After running out of ammo, switch styles to "switch" style and you should have no problems at all. Most likely, on the final boss you'll just be lead piping him.

I feel that the Thing-Thing series has gone as far as it can as far as game play goes, it is fun and a great way to waste time but it lacks creativity. Unforgiven91 4/5
